A much better experience than on my last service visit. When I had an appointment about 4 months ago it didn't go well. I pretty much vowed I'd never go back. Then this month they offered a free oil change When I had an appointment about 4 months ago it didn't go well. I pretty much vowed I'd never go back. Then this month they offered a free oil change and tire rotation, so I took them up on it. It really seems like maybe they've made some changes in their service operation, because the service staff was friendly, attentive, professional and courteous. It felt like the service department I used to know when I first bought my car from them. Hopefully it's a change that will last. For now, at least, I have no problem giving them 5 stars (just the Service department, though). More

On Saturday, we decided to head down to Autonation Toyota of Fort Myers and we are so happy that we did. I’ve never owned a Toyota before, but now I see why so many people do.
