Friendly customer service. Prices are high, reflective of the economy. Rep recommended service and then found it was done previously at another location, when I questioned it. I got an oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 Toyota camry. Dan , my service associate was terrific. The wait was just a little longer than expected but it was worth it. I never have an issue but this time was not the best experience. I had an appointment at 2:30 for regular maintenance. No one discussed with me what was going to happen. Around 3:30, I approached the experience. I had an appointment at 2:30 for regular maintenance. No one discussed with me what was going to happen. Around 3:30, I approached the service adviser who apologized because she was dealing with some critical issues. She said she would get it processed. At around 4:15, I was told my car was ready and I was handed the wrong keys. There was a mix-up. My car was not ready until 5:15. It felt like they had never started until the mix-up occurred. I don't think it should take this long for an oil change. Another customer told me he did not have an appointment and was told to come in around noon because they were slow. I understand that issues can happen but why make an appointment if it is going to take over 3 hours. I will say that I love my service adviser, Shelley Krugman and will use her always. I think when one service adviser is having issues, others should help. There were several advisers just sitting around. Just my opinion. I may not understand what is really going on. More
