I came in for an oil change and to replace my tire sensor. I schedule an appointment and was told a number of times it should take about an hour and a half to two hours so I waited. After two hours my car was still not even being worked on. Took over four hours. Very frustrating while I was waiting there. The whole reason to have an appointment to get my car in an out and reasonable time, that did not happen. There are numerous people having the same issue that I did. This seems to be the norm. The process needs to change. More

I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change a tire rotation. I needed wiper blades and saw that they were selling them for $10.99. I needed 3 blades I was then charged over $100 for them to replace m rotation. I needed wiper blades and saw that they were selling them for $10.99.
