I had a good experience with the service department. I was informed about everything and the pricing before hand. The only problem I had was making the initial appointment the operator spoke broken Engl I was informed about everything and the pricing before hand. The only problem I had was making the initial appointment the operator spoke broken English and had no idea about vehicle maintenance. I wanted the engine coolant flushed and changed and they put down that I wanted the air conditioning flushed. You need someone answering the phone that knows what they’re talking about. More
