She was polite, patient, knowledgeable and personable the entire time I was there and was greeted by Brieanna Rau with a big smile and handshake. She explained to me about the shortages of Tacoma’s, especially the exact one I was interested in, a black one with gloss black wheels, 4 door with all the bells and whistles and a manual transmission. She also explained about the ordering (or should I say the non ordering process. She took the time to show me just the one I wanted that was on the floor but it had an automatic transmission. She even told me she could arrange to have gloss black wheels on it. I explained to her that the present vehicle I have and although it is driveable, the damage it suffered while towing it behind my RV this past summer May cause it to be a total loss. Brieanna was never pushy just to make a sale and was very understanding of my financial situation. I’m a very patient man so after the vehicle I have is re-assessed on the damage it has and (hopefully) totaled, I will meet with Brieanna again and talk about a down payment needed to secure a Tacoma that I want when it becomes available within the 300 mile radius that this dealership deals with. Thank you for delivering a $500+ estimate to change my 07 Prius spark plugs and gas cap. I was finally inspired to start working on my own vehicle again. $53 for retail-priced manufacturers' OEM parts, and a Prius spark plugs and gas cap. I was finally inspired to start working on my own vehicle again. $53 for retail-priced manufacturers' OEM parts, and all my issues are now resolved. It was like getting a free laptop or low-end iPhone. I have money after just saying no to crazy overpriced repairs. FYI, the repair took me 30 minutes of which 20 was spent trying to configure sockets to a length appropriate to fetch the spark plugs, lol. Stupid and simple to replace. Shame on you for charging ridiculous prices but thanks for doing it. I will start saving tons...unless its a chip/electronic issue. More
