Arrived for a 9:00 appt. on a Wednesday morning. Over 3 hours for standard maintenance appt; oil, tire alignment, cabin and air filter change. 3 hour is crazy. Why make an ap on a Wednesday morning. Gentleman I dealt with was very courteous/polite and all...but the length of time I had to wait was extraordinary. I've been maintaining my highlanders for decades. NEVER had waited this long for similar service. Sylvester estimated 2 hours and after 2.5 I went to search him out. More
