I had an appointment for oil change at 2:30. I arrived 5 minutes early. I waited 20 minutes to talk to a service agent. Then, he identified about 8 additional maintenance needs that we not id I arrived 5 minutes early. I waited 20 minutes to talk to a service agent. Then, he identified about 8 additional maintenance needs that we not identified when making my appointment. Let alone the additional maintenance was not scheduled. My car went into service after 30 minutes upon arrival. Then, I waited another 1 hour and 15 minutes for my car to be finished. Obviously an appointment means nothing to you. If you treat customers this way, you should not be in business. More

I was looking for a Toyota Tundra with another dealership for months without success. I reached out to AutoNation Toyota and was introduced to Kris Temkin, who immediately jumped into action identifying a T for months without success. I reached out to AutoNation Toyota and was introduced to Kris Temkin, who immediately jumped into action identifying a Tundra that I wanted that was due to the dealership in 50 days. I put down a deposit and Kris stayed on top of it. By some magic, the truck arrived within a week. I had a car for a trade-in and received 10% more than they originally estimated. The financing process with Sean Screen was seamless and the patience both gentlemen showed was incredible when the insurance procurement process on my end took over an hour. Kris was extremely knowledgable about the truck and took his time ensuring I was aware of all the key and new features on the truck. Steve who’s name should be Richard was terrible and a miserable person to deal with. Steve almost cost them a sale. Thankfully they were able to get me a different finance person to deal with. Charles who did great going over all the paperwork and made it actually enjoyable. Antonio, Patrick, and Charles all have the personality you want to deal with while buying a car. They listen try to get you what you want and try to make it happen. More

Initially very disappointed. I had a 10 AM appointment for service that I was dropping off. I had someone meeting me for pick up at 10:30. At 10:30 I was still waiting in loun I had a 10 AM appointment for service that I was dropping off. I had someone meeting me for pick up at 10:30. At 10:30 I was still waiting in lounge and had to flag someone down and ask about my 10:00 appointment to which she said, "We don't take appointments." Yet I was allowed to make an appointment 2 weeks earlier. My service advisor was with another customer which I was not going to interrupt and in the mean time another advisor got my ticket. By the time I was called up it was almost 10:45. My advisor was Donald and he more than made up for my inconvenience. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation and anothe service he talked me into. My car was completed by the time I got home about 45 minutes later. So really if they had acknowledged the appointment and provided the service that quickly, I wouldn't have had to be picked up and brought back. Donald did an exceptional job and even had my car washed. More
