I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Zero communication. Waited 2 hours before they even started. I should have the option of rescheduling if they are that backed up. I have been waiting 45 days plus for a repair that requires the replacement of a hybrid battery. Aside from the long wait, there has been a complete lack of communication and response to numerous attempts to learn the status and time remaining for the repair. The lack of communication has been very disappointing and different from my prior experiences at AutoNation. I am very disappointed in the lack of response from my assigned representative. They tried to tell me it was my fault that the bad rotors on my less than a year old Camry with two thousand miles was my fault. The day I took the car from the dealership I thought the brakes were not quite right but I thought they would get better with time. They didn’t. Not till I threatened the dealership with a law suit did I get action. ( the lemon law ) I don’t believe I will ever buy another car from Auto Nation again. The problem was their’s and not mine. There was a recall on the paint of my 2012 Toyota Highlander. After contacting the dealership, it took 3 months before it was approved. While it was being painted, we received a 2022 Highlander as a Highlander. After contacting the dealership, it took 3 months before it was approved. While it was being painted, we received a 2022 Highlander as a rental car. When we received our Highlander back, the body was painted, but there were a few dentations in the paint job. The service was excellent, while the paint job was good. More
