I was very hesitant to take my vehi Thursday 8-26-22I took my Rav 4 in for Toyota care service after scheduling an appointment earlier in the week. I was very hesitant to take my vehicle due to previous experiences with this dealership's service department. The short version I swore to never do business with them again! While talking with the phone scheduler, I decided to give Toyota Auto Nation another chance! I don't know who deserves the credit for the COMPLETE turn around of this service department. I have been in the plbg hvac service business for over 50 years and am very impressed! A+++ on communication, professionalism, organization, manners, and speed. What I saw was a well oiled machine.
