I came in for my first oil service and spent 2. 5 hours which is a longer than expected. It took about 30 minutes before I was checked in for service. I parked my car and came in and was told a va 5 hours which is a longer than expected. It took about 30 minutes before I was checked in for service. I parked my car and came in and was told a valet would check me in have a seat. After sitting around and seeing all the long faces of everyone in the waiting room I went back outside and found the valet who checked me in, but put me behind several people with later appointments. It would have been nice if the two people I talked to inside service told me to stay by my car and check in with the valet out there. More
I bought my car from them and I've gone twice now for an oil change and basic services. They are ALWAYS very friendly and work hard to take care of their customers. He said if there was anything wrong he would let me know.I was sure he was going to come out and tell me I needed a new battery or something. I waited about an hour, he came out and said the car is done and that everything was good,I asked what I owed and. he said nothing.I think that is the first time I ever walked out of a dealership with out paying anything.The young man I think the young man’s name may have been Rick he was filling in for someone else he was very polite and didn’t, seam to be going through the motions. One piece of advice, do what you want but don't put a guarantee on it. Lamentable incompetentes .
