I purchased this car on 6/14/2022. I went to the dealership on the 15th to pick the car up and the paper work with it. The receptionist tried getting ahold of someone in finance for over 30 minutes to get the paper work for the car. Nobody ever showed. I left them my address to just mail it to me. Still have yet to receive the paperwork. Mind you I did not finance through your company. I drove the car to my rental house and it sat all week until Saturday the 18th when I proceeded to drive this vehicle home to West Virginia. I made it from Fort Myers to Orlando before the inlet coupling on the fire wall decided to blow out and over heat on the interstate. Spent the next hour trying to get a tow truck to pick me up to take me to the nearest dealership. I ended up rigging it up to limp it to Orlando to an Audi dealership where it still sits. My wife has been waiting since Saturday to drive the car home and I’ve had to pay out of pocket to put her up in a hotel since Saturday. Now the dealership is going to reimburse me for that which I am thankful for. But now who knows how long this vehicle will sit before being fixed and I have to purchase a flight back to Orlando to pick the car up. More
We've had our car serviced here before and it was good. This time we brought it in for a grinding sound in the driver's side rear wheel well. After waiting 3 hours we were told it was a can and some pamphl This time we brought it in for a grinding sound in the driver's side rear wheel well. After waiting 3 hours we were told it was a can and some pamphlets in the rear passenger door. Also the receipt stated that we asked for a multi point inspection, which we did not. We had a specific problem. We returned home and lo and behold the sound continues. Grinding and clattering are not similar sounds to any degree. We didn't just fall off a turnip truck. We have reached out to the service manager several times but have not heard back. More

As a new Toyota owner, I have been impressed by the ease of setting up appointments for service and recalls. It is a bummer to have to wait four hours each time for service. Far enough away from things that of setting up appointments for service and recalls. It is a bummer to have to wait four hours each time for service. Far enough away from things that I wish loaners were available as spoiled from previous cars. Highly recommend. More

I just went thru the express lane for an oil change nothing else and I made an appointment for 10:00 and I didn’t get my car back for 2.5 hours. I did check on it after 1.5 hours and was told by the se nothing else and I made an appointment for 10:00 and I didn’t get my car back for 2.5 hours. I did check on it after 1.5 hours and was told by the service advisor that they don’t guarantee any certain time that it will be done except by the end of the business day. That is not very good customer service in my eyes to tell your customers something like that. First time there so I’m sure we will give it another chance and hopefully the customer service improves and also the length of time it took. What was the point of making an appointment? More
