I've been having my 2013 Scion FRS serviced at AutoNation since I purchased it new. Every year I bring the car in for service it has always been great. However, yesterday, I cannot say the same. This was j since I purchased it new. Every year I bring the car in for service it has always been great. However, yesterday, I cannot say the same. This was just a routine oil change and I agreed to an engine check. The rep told me the cost would be around $150. When I went to pay, the bill was $214.66. Some difference. When I asked about this, I was told there were "Shop supplies" for $25.50. What? For an oil change? Plus, there was paint scratched off the driver door from where it obviously was banged into a column or wall. When I asked if they did the tire rotation, I was told because I refused new tires, they didn't rotate the tires. BTW, I have Michelin top of the line tires and only 36K miles on the car and they were trying to push new tires. Oh, and the courteous car wash is no longer available because the car wash mechanism hasn't been fixed. The nice customer service extras are no longer there. Why drive an hour out of my way. No more. Staying close to home at a business that caters to oils changes. Please AutoNation don't respond with your silly reply to call the manager. More

La actitud de esta persona es inaceptable pues se dirigió al dueño de carro que ella manejo y provocó el accidente de manera incorrecta acusándolo de que el era responsable por ponerla nerviosa después del accidente. The paper floor mat, plastic seat cover, and maintenance tag were still in the car when I picked up the vehicle.
