I was coming in due to issues with my battery. After spending 2 hours waiting, the dealership basically handed me my keys and said there is nothing they can do since there is a shortage of battery After spending 2 hours waiting, the dealership basically handed me my keys and said there is nothing they can do since there is a shortage of battery parts. Why would you have a client wait when you could have advised there was a shortage, check for the part and advise accordingly. Lessons learned for everyone involved. Went to Naples location and they had me in and out within an hour. More

I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of this dealership. The one thing I think can be improved is to review all work that is to be performed even if it is routine. Brought my car in for what I thought was a full service only to find out I was only getting a tire rotation. I was never made aware of what Toyota Care actually was.
