While my service person, Michelle, was wonderful and I would give 5 stars other persons in the drop off are provided no help at all. It was my first time at the dealership. After waiting awhile I went back inside and found Michelle. She said she would help me and immediately came out to help me. She was very professional and friendly. I had a 9:45am appointment. Upon arrival, I was told that it would be a two and a half to three hour wait.
