The appointment I made (supposedly by a 3rd party they contract with) was never recorded, so I was told I didn't have an appointment. They said they could squeeze me in, which resulted in my 6 month maint contract with) was never recorded, so I was told I didn't have an appointment. For my 1st time breaking down on the side of the road, Toyota did a great job. They towed my car and fixed the issue within 24 hrs and provided me with a rental as well. Everyone from the Tow truck driv Toyota did a great job. They towed my car and fixed the issue within 24 hrs and provided me with a rental as well.
