The sales person (Lisa) spent several hours over 2 days along with the help of the sales manager to complete the purchase of a new vehicle under somewhat unusual and complicated circumstances. Bob was very helpful with the purchase and I did not feel pressured in any way in buying the car. He got my cellphone set up to work with the bluetooth system in the car, and he did a great job going throu pressured in any way in buying the car. I was apprehensive about going through a dealership for a car as I have always previously gone private. I love Ft. Myers Toyota. The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She did all she could to get me a price I could afford on the vehicle of my choice. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for twenty years and have always received great service from this dealer. However, this trip proved to be somewhat of a trying experience. I spent over five hours trying have always received great service from this dealer. However, this trip proved to be somewhat of a trying experience. I spent over five hours trying to get the preliminary work done in buying a new vehicle. Things seemed to keep dragging on. There were delays in appraising my old vehicle, detailing the new vehicle and getting to the final paperwork. Although I got a great deal on my van, I would recommend that you be sure all the parts of the buying process be ready for your purchase. More
