Was greeted by Orlando, my service rep when I pulled up. He observed a small screw in my rear tire…which I had never noticed. Turned out to be nothing, since it never penetrated deep enough. My Prius would not start at all. AutoNation gave me the number of an excellent tow service. The tow service got my car started and said that if I didn’t turn it off, I should be able AutoNation gave me the number of an excellent tow service. AutoNation then got my car right in without an appointment, installed a new 12volt battery and I was on my way home in less than 90 minutes with the problem fixed. Excellent service. More
