@autonationtoyotafortmyers did a terrible job replacing my weatherstrip in my 2022 sienna two years ago letting water go into my trunk and accumulate in the bottom. Recently I noticed the same issue, and decided to bring it in, @autonationtoyotafortmyers told me that the same issues from two years ago it’s now caused by a different problem and they won’t cover it. They told me that if it was the same problem the car would have mold and according to them the car didn’t, TODAY I checked fully my car and indeed it has mold SO THEY LIED to cover their behind. As well I told them to check the weatherstrip again since that was the problem the first time and I was THREATENED that they would charge me additional for an inspection that should’ve been done in the first place, gave me a stupid excuse to save their xxx from fixing something they should’ve done in the first place. My steering wheel and lock button and gearshift and air conditioning button all felt like someone had smeared honey on everything!!!
