Always good service when I come in for oil changes, tires, etc.. Wait times are high and communication pf the status of my car could be improved. Over 2.5(I was told about 1-1.5 hrs) hours to wait for tires, etc.. Wait times are high and communication pf the status of my car could be improved. Over 2.5(I was told about 1-1.5 hrs) hours to wait for an oil change is excessive. My car was done and sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes. I had to seek out someone to let them know my car was done. I understand being busy, but please increase communication. The employees are always kind and answer questions too. More
