I brought my car in for a software update and waited two hours. They never did it , they did a maintenance check which I didn’t need with only five hundred miles on my car. The customer service in the service department is terrible. Starting with just making a simple phone call to speak with one of the service agents. That is impossible! You cannot even ask a simple que terrible. Starting with just making a simple phone call to speak with one of the service agents. That is impossible! You cannot even ask a simple question about your car and when they take a message for your service agent to call you back it doesn't happen at all, or it may take up to a week later. I'm never taking my 2019 Toyota back to AutoNation for service....I'm done. More
