Due to a chip shortage, the 2023 Prius was delivered without the 2nd key. After 7 months it finally came in and an appt. was made to come in and pick it up. The process involved programming the new key without the 2nd key. After 7 months it finally came in and an appt. was made to come in and pick it up.
