Service has gone down in general. I am in the market to replace this car and I would like another Toyota. The left rear door handle of my car broke off in April 2022. I paid $311.00 I am in the market to replace this car and I would like another Toyota. The left rear door handle of my car broke off in April 2022. I paid $311.00 for the repair and new part at Auto Nation Toyota. The door handle broke off again in June, 2022, the first time I opened that back door. I had to pay $38.00 for the new part that they essentially broke when they "fixed it" the first time. It does not make sense otherwise. The service rep thought he was being very generous for not charging me for labor again. For $38.00 that I believe they were responsible for, I won't be buying my new car there. There was a dead rat by the front door of the dealership on 6/28/2022 .. More

I had made an appointment with my service advisor, Dan Dixon, to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Dan promptly processed my car and put it into the queue for serv Dixon, to have my oil changed and tires rotated. It was a very busy day at the dealership, and Dan estimated that my service would be completed in 90 minutes. My car was actually finished and ready to go in 75 minutes! I’ll be back at AutoNation Toyota and seeing Dan Dixon for my next service, too! More
Very disappointed with my most recent experience at AutoNation. I had a 7:00 am appointment and arrived 10 minute early for a simple oil change on my 2015 FRS. Order was written at 7:02 with recommenda AutoNation. I had a 7:00 am appointment and arrived 10 minute early for a simple oil change on my 2015 FRS. Order was written at 7:02 with recommendation for antifreeze flush and replace, alignment and tire rotation. I accepted the antifreeze suggestion and rejected the others as I had just replaced all 4 tires. I was told it should be no more than 1 and 1/2 hours. At 8:45 I checked with the service agent, Mike, who looked at his computer screen and said that they were finishing up when they be would come get me I a few minutes. I returned to Mike who said that they were "burping" the system and it would be right out. At 9:50, Mike said that my car was ready. He apologized for the delay, offered me a 25$ discount and even involved the service manager, who also apologized. I paid the bill $267.00 and left furious. I told Mike and the service manager that I was NOT happy. When I got home, I reviewed the bill and saw that they had included fire rotation. I will NOT be using this facility again even though in have bought my last 3 cars from them and had them serviced there over the past 15 years. More
