AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers - Service Center

Brought my car in for what I thought was a full service only to find out I was only getting a tire rotation. I was never made aware of what Toyota Care actually was. Spent way too long waiting (almost) 2 only to find out I was only getting a tire rotation. I was never made aware of what Toyota Care actually was. Seemed more disorganized than 3 other Toyota dealers we've used since 2002. Twice no one at the receiving point, no good way to contact customers in the large seating area, seemed intent on up selling- we've used since 2002.
