I purchased extended warranty at another dealership when I purchased my car. We relocated and when I went to Ft Myers they said it was not in their system. I literally had to furnish my paperwork as proof. I purchased my car. We relocated and when I went to Ft Myers they said it was not in their system. I literally had to furnish my paperwork as proof. Second visit was same problem although the first time they said they would put the info into their system and didn’t. They do not want to be bothered because another dealer sold the extended warranty. Toyota said Ft Myers should honor. Young service manager did not want to listen since it was not in his system. If it was not there it did not exist. Now I have to take my paperwork to prove my extended warranty should be in their computer. I think I am done with Toyota!!! More

When he called to tell me my 4 Runner was done and explained what they had done. The service was done promptly and with no hassles or attempts to have additional, unnecessary repairs done. I highly recommend Dan and the AutoNation Service Department ! More

Went in for routine service. Usually use the Naples dealership but couldn’t get an appointment within a reasonable time. What impressed me most was my service rep Donald. At 1:03 PM he said it was ready. I spent almost four hours waiting at your dealership for a job that was to be done in less than one hour with only one contact with your service adviser. After I got the car, and before I left I had to reset all the instruments in the dash . More
