The front of the house doesn't greet you when you come in. Not a hello, how are you, nothing... For spending what we did on a vehicle and service plan, you would think there would be more customer-oriente in. Not a hello, how are you, nothing... For spending what we did on a vehicle and service plan, you would think there would be more customer-oriented service. Got my vehicle back from an oil change and tire rotation after 2 hours. Grease was all over the door and inside the vehicle on the arm rest. Didn't vacuum out or even wipe down grease spots. Which most oil change places will do. At least a quick wipe down. Now I have a nice ding in the door too, which would be impossible to prove and the dealer would most likely deny. So I didn't even mention it. I wish we wouldn't have spent so much on a warranty with Autonation. Customer care is low. Seems like all they care about is selling a vehicle. For what we spent, we should have gone with a luxury brand. They at least make you feel welcome and take care of your vehicle with pride. More
