While my service person, Michelle, was wonderful and I would give 5 stars other persons in the drop off are provided no help at all. It was my first time at the dealership. I pulled up to the service area at sat there surrounded by several other autos. Two dealership employees told be I needed to go inside which I did only to be told to go back to my car. After waiting awhile I went back inside and found Michelle. She said she would help me and immediately came out to help me. She was very professional and friendly. My thanks to her for saving the dealership first impression I had until that point. More
