I went in for an oil change & tire rotation and was there 10 minutes prior to my 9 AM appointment on May 11, 2022. The attendant, Jeff was very good however what should have taken 1.5 hours was a 3 hour wai 10 minutes prior to my 9 AM appointment on May 11, 2022. The attendant, Jeff was very good however what should have taken 1.5 hours was a 3 hour wait time in the waiting room! My understanding is that they book 250 appointments when they can only service 150 appointments at a time. The queue issue needs to be resolved by Management. More
