I was greeted by the Service Technician who was an attentive gentleman who quickly gathered the necessary information, put my car in the system and gave me a quick turnaround on my oil change. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change a week before my 9:05 am appointment for May 5, 2022. I was told by a Customer Care Specialist that the service would take 2 1/2 hrs ( which seemed a littl before my 9:05 am appointment for May 5, 2022. I was told by a Customer Care Specialist that the service would take 2 1/2 hrs ( which seemed a little long ) and I told him I would wait for the service to be completed. After 3 hours, I had not heard from Michael, the Customer Care Specialist, so I went to his office/ cubicle to find out the status of my service. He was not there and I was told he had left for the day. I then spoke with another Customer Care Specialist, Greg, who was very sympathetic and checked for me. I was then told the car service had not yet been started and there were still 2 vehicles in line before me. At this point I could not wait any longer - having already wasted my entire morning. When I got home, I contacted the service manager, Tom, and explained what had transpired. He did offer to arrange for me to be ahead in line on another day but I was scheduled to leave the area in just a few days so there was not enough time.This was the worst experience I have had at any dealership or other automotive service center during my many decades of driving- and I never even made it to the oil change! I have never experienced such scheduling inefficiency anywhere- they certainly appear to have no regard for the value of a customer's time. More
