For my 1st time breaking down on the side of the road, Toyota did a great job. They towed my car and fixed the issue within 24 hrs and provided me with a rental as well. Though there has been a great improvement, this Toyota Service Center is the most expensive, and most time-consuming dealership I have been. I have begged to know the approximate time for completion of work since coming to AutoNation the last six years, and have been misinformed (felt like 'lied to') by OVER an hour every time. The last two visits Sylvester has nailed the wait time which helps us plan our day. Even so, this place takes longer and costs more than any place I have been. GREAT EMPLOYEES ... friendly, polite, neat, respectful . . . but the management or owners have done a poor job in organization. You asked me for an honest survey. . . so, I am giving it to you.
