I had a diagnostic test run but when I told the person why I was there she & the mechanic never understood what I was talking about. I found that out when I was checking out. I was told not to use the brake button unless I parked on an incline. needless to say I was charged $233.71 for the test but I am suppose to have a extended warranty they could not find. More

Have been using their service department for work done under warranty. I usually wait and my Customer Care Specialist said that it would be done in and hour and a half and he was spot on. Come here to get my oil changed. In the five years I’ve had my car the price has doubled which seems crazy to me. This was the easiest I’ve gotten in and out (usually takes hours) bu In the five years I’ve had my car the price has doubled which seems crazy to me. This was the easiest I’ve gotten in and out (usually takes hours) but it was nice they had a Lyft service take me home and back so that was great however they usually wash my car and did not this time and most importantly the day after they serviced my car my tire pressure light went on and has not turned off since but the tires are fine which means they damaged the sensor. This is not the first instance where I’ve had trouble with this place and is immensely frustrating as I would like to be able to trust them. More
