I had a previous appointment a month ago and was turned away because of a 4.5 hour wait. I was also told that the situation had been going on for weeks. Customer representative was very through and helpful. He was even informative about my next service appointment. Only negative was that I told them just to leave the contents of the cubbyhole on the se He was even informative about my next service appointment. However when the service finished and I got the truck back, they had stuffed everything back in the cubbyhole. Just wished they would have put in the notes to the technician that was changing the filter to not put the contents back. Other then that service was great! More

We were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted for our daughter via email and telephone conversations with Alexxa who provided the best service imagined.
