Call to make an appointment wait 20minutes never got through. Left message be and a call back number never heard back. From the moment I got out of my car and until the time I picked up my car every employee I cam into contact with was RUDE. One man I asked where someone was he could barely look up from his phone to shrug h picked up my car every employee I cam into contact with was RUDE. One man I asked where someone was he could barely look up from his phone to shrug his shoulders and say I don't him. The music they were playing was totally inappropriate for the elderly customers. It took 1 1/2 hours for my oil change. I was the only person in the lobby. When I went to check why it was taking so long my keys were on his desk and he was nowhere around. I asked a young girl who was playing on her phone where he was, She was very annoyed with me and said I will call him. No telling how long my keys were sitting there. We are a family of 3 Toyotas . It made me want to go else where. More
