I was NOT happy about that at all. I needed two things done..routine maintenance & a recall. I spoke to someone to set both up for same day & of course that was not how the appt was set up. It got done but a tad of a hassle to complete both. The appt people are not at Toyota it’s an outside place that has no idea what an appt consists of…I don’t get that?? More

The worse careless service I ever received while my vehicle is under their care three reported incidents. Their denial and immature accountability is unacceptable. Horrible service what a use vehicle at the time of purchasing everything was so sweet and so nice to get to sale. By the time we were closing the deal it was getting late and they were close so they t purchasing everything was so sweet and so nice to get to sale. By the time we were closing the deal it was getting late and they were close so they told us yeah no problem come back and will buff out the bumper ( minor issues) but, battery died 4 months later it was 3 years old . No backseat headrest we’re in the vehicle which I put in every service note. So if you decide to purchase there get promises in writing. It’s say anything to sell ! After they get their money their whole attitude changes towards you if you need service or other things now I purchased extended platinum warranty and another service package so they got great money out of me and then treated me totally different than when I was purchasing. I don’t recommend them and they gained an unhappy customer! More

Brezeidee is awesome! ! She takes good care of me. The truck runs great. I never make a appointment because my schedule is crazy and i never know when i will have time. I j !
