I was NOT happy about that at all. I needed two things done..routine maintenance & a recall. I spoke to someone to set both up for same day & of course that was not how the appt was set up. It got done but a tad of a hassle to complete both. The appt people are not at Toyota it’s an outside place that has no idea what an appt consists of…I don’t get that?? More

had appointment for service for 2018 Camry. Took 2 1/2 hours for the oil change, tire rotation and replacement of wiper blades. Most expensive service I ever paid. Brezeidee is awesome! ! She takes good care of me. The truck runs great. I never make a appointment because my schedule is crazy and i never know when i will have time. I j !
