Horrible service what a use vehicle at the time of purchasing everything was so sweet and so nice to get to sale. By the time we were closing the deal it was getting late and they were close so they t purchasing everything was so sweet and so nice to get to sale. By the time we were closing the deal it was getting late and they were close so they told us yeah no problem come back and will buff out the bumper ( minor issues) but, battery died 4 months later it was 3 years old . No backseat headrest we’re in the vehicle which I put in every service note. So if you decide to purchase there get promises in writing. It’s say anything to sell ! After they get their money their whole attitude changes towards you if you need service or other things now I purchased extended platinum warranty and another service package so they got great money out of me and then treated me totally different than when I was purchasing. I don’t recommend them and they gained an unhappy customer! More
I've been involved in dealerships in IL/IIA . Appears too many people walking around taking names while you're sadly short on Technitions. I understand the current problems, but I waited 4 hrs. for a tire rotation as part of initial scheduled maintenace? More
Casey, the service tech was great. He even went back to the garage area to get the techs motivated. I had a 3:15p appointment on a Friday afternoon. After my car was serviced Joe Collins went the extra mile with me. He is so patient and helped me work through a big problem. Had a 7:25am appt for oil change, tire rotation and the lift gate is intermittently not closing with remote. At 9:45am went to service rep to find out what was taking so long. I had another appt at 10:30am lift gate is intermittently not closing with remote. At 9:45am went to service rep to find out what was taking so long. I had another appt at 10:30am that I had to leave Toyota by 10:15. At 10:15 service rep brought me my keys. I can’t understand how it took almost 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and diagnose lift gate problem. Turns out when I got home went to use the lift gate and problem was never resolved. Not a happy camper here. Won’t be back. More
