Everyone was friendly. My car is always finished quickly but I worry they try to take advantage of me since I’m a young woman. Every time I come here (with the exception of my most recent visit this week), they find problems I nee take advantage of me since I’m a young woman. Every time I come here (with the exception of my most recent visit this week), they find problems I need to get fixed like I need new filters or new tires. I’ve declined. During the visit six months later, they inspect the same things and tell me my filters and tires are in great shape. Wouldn’t they be worse? More

my car was finished in by 1 hour, but when I checked my car they spilled coolant fluid all over the engine an lower pan, I told the service manager, he sent to clean with the same mechanic that did it, 30 car they spilled coolant fluid all over the engine an lower pan, I told the service manager, he sent to clean with the same mechanic that did it, 30 minutes later the mechanic brought my truck saying that is not oil and he did not clean I complained again and I asked again for the service manager and they took again in the shop 20 minutes later brought my car back and the manager come to me apologizing for the inconvenience but I told him that is not right I have to wait almost 1 hour more in the dealer ship I was so tired because I worked last night, and he finalize saying what he can do"THEY ARE KIDS" I thing is a not correct answer, well I took my keys and guest what when I went to my truck I found they scratch the driver door handle I was so upset but I was so tired at the same time and the way I saw the manager Y felt I was going to waste my time going to the office to make a complaint , it's so sad that this things happen in a dealer ship . now I have to find the way how fix the scratch. More
