Car returned with oil/ grease marks all over it. Paper and plastic left in the car as I was pointed in the direction of where my car was only to find that I had to go back to get my key. The advisor followed me back to see and his words confirmed my frustration “Wow, that’s bad, sorry”. Would never expect a car to be returned to me in that condition after service.
