Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. My service advisor assured me that they were running behind. I'm guessing that they didn't know what to do with my car, assuming it just sat there! John & Tim were very apologetic and gave me some free windshield wiper blades (which just so happen that I needed them). As far as the service advisor... for her not to own up to the mistake upsets me. I will no longer be going to Auto Nation for an oil change or for any other car-related issues. More
