AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers - Service Center

My customer service was excellent. He was courteous and very helpful. HOWEVER, my use of the navigation/phone use/information/etc., on the screen in the car still does not work. I can get phone use but there is a lot of other items on that screen that do not work...asking me to add another car, asking if I want to update and then not working/connecting correctly. I need the total set-up on the navigation/screen/upload/update, etc., of the screen and the entire Toyota system. More

Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. My service advisor assured me that they were running behind. Only to find out by some very nice gentlemen, John & Tim, that my service ticket was los My service advisor assured me that they were running behind. I'm guessing that they didn't know what to do with my car, assuming it just sat there! John & Tim were very apologetic and gave me some free windshield wiper blades (which just so happen that I needed them). As far as the service advisor... for her not to own up to the mistake upsets me. I will no longer be going to Auto Nation for an oil change or for any other car-related issues. More
