I am not sure how to start this! ! I am really upset, I went to get my tire pressure light issue taken care of since it was not turning off even if I had proper air pressure in the ti ! I am really upset, I went to get my tire pressure light issue taken care of since it was not turning off even if I had proper air pressure in the tires and u fell victim to 'your car needs allignment, to which I said why my car runs fine and drives in a straight line, to which the rep responded that its been almost 30000 miles and usually it is recommended because overtime the tires direction change and it starts to show uneven wear and tear on tires. And yes I fell victim to that and said yes to the allignment. Now, my perfect prius is leaning to the right side after the allignment work!! I am a busy person i work almost 48 hours a week, I don't have time to take these issues taken care of. I already didn't get paid for the hours I had to drop off the vehicle and pick it up, and not to mention the uber expense and plus they messed up the allignment on my car. Not only this, but I didn't even see the paperwork for whether my car really needed an allignment or not. They just "thought" my car would need it, even though my tires are in perfect condition. I am so upset 😡 and I will not recommend autonation toyota to anyone who is like me, don't k ow about cars so they take advantage of you, plus I'm a student and they don't even thing about anyone before scamming people by unnecessary upsells. More

Even though you have an appointment you still have to wait for hours before your car is ready. And car wash is working but no complimentary car wash. When asked advisor said car wash is broken. Having made an appointment and bringing the email confirmation with me, I was surprised to find my appointment was not on the list.
