Service advisor Shelly is absolutely wonderful. But I can't say the same about scheduling the appointment. I needed an appointment for 10,000 mile check on my Rav4 hybrid. I received about 10 phone calls with different times along with emails. None matched my vehicle or service advisor. I think they need to rethink how they are doing their scheduling for customers. It was very frustrating to deal with all the phone calls and incorrect emails. More
I love Toyota vehicles, the crossover I just bought is my 4 or 5 Toyota never had a problem with any of them. The best part the people I worked with when I come have been fantastic from my salesman Michael C 4 or 5 Toyota never had a problem with any of them. The best part the people I worked with when I come have been fantastic from my salesman Michael Cordova, to Liz Detwiler who sent me an email to see if I had any questions about my car which I did and she set a time for me to go meet her and she answered all my questions then people in the parts department was just as great! The wait to even be signed in was more than 1/2 hour. I cancelled much of what needed to be done because I was not going to spend all day. Oil change, fluid.check, tie rotation took 4 hours. The on-line appointment scheduling was easy to use and select the best time for me. I was there for 3 hours while oil change, filters, and replacing a battery on my Prius C was being done. I felt the price to replace a battery was excessive. I bought the car new about 7 years ago and have 46,000 miles on it. I had to omit some of the other suggested service or my bill would have been $750 (as it was it cost me $514). The work was satisfactory but the cost was more than I wanted. More
