Service advisor Shelly is absolutely wonderful. But I can't say the same about scheduling the appointment. I needed an appointment for 10,000 mile check on my Rav4 hybrid. I received about 10 phone calls with different times along with emails. None matched my vehicle or service advisor. I think they need to rethink how they are doing their scheduling for customers. It was very frustrating to deal with all the phone calls and incorrect emails. More

I love Toyota vehicles, the crossover I just bought is my 4 or 5 Toyota never had a problem with any of them. The best part the people I worked with when I come have been fantastic from my salesman Michael C 4 or 5 Toyota never had a problem with any of them. The wait to even be signed in was more than 1/2 hour. I cancelled much of what needed to be done because I was not going to spend all day. Oil change, fluid.check, tie rotation took 4 hours.
