Shevonie is my favorite service advisor and I try to see her whenever I come in. The waiting area was comfortable and offered internet service for my convenience. I was able to work remotely while I waited for my vehicle. 10++ More

There was confusion as to my appt. schedule -thru the service that makes your appt.- so I called the dealership to cancel that appt & make a new one ,since I would not be able to make schedule -thru the service that makes your appt.- so I called the dealership to cancel that appt & make a new one ,since I would not be able to make the previously scheduled one when I arrived at the dealership on 2/17 at 8:40am - they did not show that I had an appt, scheduled . but Orland did not say one word --he just checked me in when I told him what had happened -- he gave me some info I asked about on my 4runner - found out how long it would be till finished -- everything was on time -Orland was very pleasant & courteous . Directed me to my 4runner & i was on my way!! More
