From the minute we arrived Roberta answered every question we had and was extremely helpful in our search for our new car. The car actually arrived a couple days early. Roberta called us immediately. We set a date to see and pick up our beautiful new Highlander. Roberta and Christian took excellent care of us. Very disappointed. They told us we needed a new battery for 435.00. I asked the parts dept. what a new battery costs, they said 320.00. I asked why we would be charged They told us we needed a new battery for 435.00. I asked the parts dept. what a new battery costs, they said 320.00. I asked why we would be charged 435.00 and he said labor cost. Really? 115.00 to install a battery? We stopped at another service facility who tested the existing battery and they said it was a little low but did not need to be replaced. We have no plans to return in the future. Also we had to return to the dealership to have the "maintenance required" light reset. More
Previous to this visit after four phone calls to service without a return call I had to contact the manager for an appointment for recall work on my car. I was extremely satisfied working with Sylvester Jennings. He was very helpful and I could see he knew his responsibilities very well. He was pleasant and patient with me. He nicely explained extra work I should be doing but, did not pressure me. I could not walk to the Enterprise Rental due to an injury. He was kind enough take me there in the golf cart. Because of him I have changed my feeling about Auto Nation. I will be back. Daved Rubien More
