As a "waiter", the amenities were very few in the waiting area. It was missing several comfort items that I get at my dealership in MN: Coffee, tea, water, TV, study desks, popcorn, fresh baked cookies. I could do without these things, but not for 2-4 hours. I won't be back until they fix their appt scheduling. More

I took my car for an Urgent recall. It was a very difficult process to get an appointment. I took the car to the dealership. In the bay, one person asked if I had an appointment.
