I have always had a good experience at the dealership. I bought a new toyota from the Fort Myer dealership in 2020. Dealing with the sales rep. and a manager by compunicating by phone from upstate NY. for t bought a new toyota from the Fort Myer dealership in 2020. They were very helpful with getting ready on a schedule for pick up. I just had an service appointment at the Fort Myers service center last week. From being greed,by a young service rep. to when the mechanic brought me my auto once he was finished was friendly and respectful service.
