I have an elite maintenance plan that covers manufacturer recommended items and they tried to charge me for the cabin air filter despite being mentioned in owners manual. I received an email from autonation for 1 dollar windshield wiper and they still charged me 57 dollars for them. They didn't honor their own offer. Shady business practices to say the least. It is not a good dealership. I had multiple bad experiences since moving down here 2 years ago Make me wonder if my next car should be another toyota More

I brought my 2001 Toyota Tacoma for an engine light issue. I was told that they would not know when will they service the truck because they are very busy and come back.
