Had an appointment to repair paint from delivery. Dealer called and said all ready to go. The repair was totally worse than before. There’s so people that make this dealership loose a star but I have to say Shelly in service at the truck center and Harry the driver are why I keep going there. They are so genuine and kind. I moved to the Fort Myers area just over a year ago from Southeast WI where I had multiple Toyota dealerships to choose from to service my 4 Toyota’s (brand loyalist!), it didn’t matter which one I took my Southeast WI where I had multiple Toyota dealerships to choose from to service my 4 Toyota’s (brand loyalist!), it didn’t matter which one I took my cars to I was always treated with the same level of service and pricing was consistent across all of them. Since I’ve always trusted my local dealerships to service my cars I planned to do the same in FL so I made an appointment at Auto Nation as they do not offer a quick service like what I’ve been accustomed to in WI for an oil and tire rotation, that was fine I assumed with an appointment that just keeps them on track throughout the day. Boy was I wrong, the fist time I went there I sat for 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They apologized profusely which is what prompted my most recent visit once again for oil and tire rotation. This time I made my appointment for 7am thinking I’d be first in line and could be on my way quickly, couldn’t have been more wrong! I made my appointment and noted a coupon that they emailed me, when I arrived and was being checked in I was told sorry that coupon expired last week, mind you the email had no expiration date and I had made the appointment while the coupon was still very much valid. They told me that my service would be $150 for oil and tires which I then told them to just change my oil and I’d take my car to Costco for a rotation, oil change total was $80, they were going to change me $70 to rotate me tires, seriously? I sat for my oil change for 2 hours, being the 1st appointment and having to wait 2 hours is unacceptable, again Toyota in WI had me in/out in under 45 minutes with rotation. The summary of the inspection was not reviewed with me when my car was finally ready. When I got home I realized that apparently my 24 month old car has something wrong with its fuel injector, news to me! I feel like this dealership does not practice standards that Toyota gives them, they run a very disorganized and what I perceive to be a rather shady business. I will not ever bring one of my cars here for service and will most certainly not give them any future sales, Naples Toyota here I come, don’t disappoint! More
