GENERAL INFO- Most every service visit we make here is handled well, by people who seem to care that the car is serviced correctly and who are making sure the correct maintenance is done to keep the cars going. We always leave the car, so we are not affected by scheduling issues. Leave it in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. And they have Pennzoil Ultra oil as an oil change choice, which is great oil and also hard to find. Everyone has Platinum, but not Ultra. One thing to watch for - if you keep your engine clean, be sure to check under the hood. Sometimes they are messy. You'd think the techs would be happy to work on a clean engine and would leave it the same way. Nope. They will always clean it up if you notice and ask, but what a pain that you have to open the hood after each service to check. Otherwise, they seem to do fine work. We've had service done here for our Toyotas since 2004. More
