Every time I go for a maintenance check up I’m waiting in the lobby for 4 hours (no exaggeration) with scheduled appointments. The staff was not welcoming as if they did not want to work on my car, they trie the lobby for 4 hours (no exaggeration) with scheduled appointments. The staff was not welcoming as if they did not want to work on my car, they tried to pass me off to other team members, and they we simply unprofessional. The service department does not care about its customers, I advise going elsewhere. Then I was given a number to call to speak with the general manager. It was to the main customer service line. The rep transferred me to the general managers voicemail, I left a message, and never heard back from him again. Very. Poor treatment with this service department More

This was an extremely poor experience. AutoNation Toyota tried scamming me into replacing my alternator. My initial visit was only supposed to be for $30, but then apparently all these different things “wen tried scamming me into replacing my alternator. My initial visit was only supposed to be for $30, but then apparently all these different things “went wrong”. After trying to tell the advisor (Maria) that my alternator was not showing any indications of needing a replacement, she kept responding with “It’s not my fault.” Not once did she ever try to display empathy towards the situation. After causing a scene, somehow her “master technician” discovered that there was a wire unplugged and that’s what caused them to believe that my alternator needed to be replaced. Also, AutoNation did a poor job explaining my extended warranty. I was advised that my warranty would be valid up until 75k miles (not any time sooner) and when asked if the warranty would cover the alternator, I was advised that my extended warranty expired 10 months ago. I have been to this AutoNation multiple times since then, specifically asked about my warranty, and have been incorrectly advised that it was still active. Worst experience ever. Definitely choose another dealership. More
