The service personnel are wonderful, and kind but when I have an appt and it takes 4 and a half hours to complete my 25,000 mile service to change the oil and rotate the tires, thats ridiculous. Also, the tv's are turned to a news channel which during these times is not appropriate. Customers are arguing as they discuss politics and the news they are watching. Turn the tv to a home improvement or cooking channel that no one argues about. More

Getting to be very difficult to talk to someone in service on the phone without a long wait. I needed a windshield replacement and recalibration of front cameras. Couldn't get any good updates on the work; eventually Auto Glass Rx called me back to inform me that the vehicle had to stay overnight due to AutoNation staffing issues. Could not get this info from AutoNation; seems they were reluctant to give me the bad news. More
