Hostile, rude, liars. We had a pretty simple purchase- test drove a used car that was new to the lot and not cleaned yet, put down a deposit. We patiently waited for them to clean it. Told it would be 2 days, but then it turned into a week. During that week we had three different misinformed, rude people call from the dealership- Jose, Austin, and Brandon. Mike the manager out did them all up with a show stopping level of rudeness. The calls were threatening that they were going to keep our deposit and resell the car because we had not picked it up (but it was not ready!). We were also told it came with three keys and were provided with three key FOBs. We found only one worked after we left the lot upon completing the sale. When we asked to get two more working FOBs to replace the ones the broken ones gave us, they threatened to repossess the car, which was ridiculous. All you can discern from this experience is they are disorganized, liars, and bullies. I think they were attempting to do a yo-yo fraud scheme and resell the car, thankfully we did not finance with them. Shady, unreasonable, and down right abusive. Buyer beware! 100% do not use their financing if you have another options as they can not be trusted, would not want them holding the lien. The car was very nice though- so maybe that's why they thought they should try again to sell a few different times ;) More

Service writer Shelly was very professional. Mechanic found bad battery and it was replaced. Waiting area was clean as were the bathrooms. Had to come into the service department without an appointment and the advisor did everything in her power to accelerate my weight time. I have been to Germain Toyota for years and every year they do something that is not beneficial to me. I am 75 , a Vet, and after my surgery, cancer free. The service department there is okay but the sales people and finance people don't care about you at all. We decided to try AutoNation. I wish that I went to them years ago, Everything went smooth and there was no pressure to upgrade. They even delivered the car to me and took my old one. They even gave me the payoff on the lease which Germain wouldn't do. People of Naples, it is worth the extra drive to get the service that you want when leasing a car or even buying one. All the people there treated you with respect and not just a customer buying or leasing a car. I was reluctant driving up there but it was worth it. Alan D Naples More

Shelli is the best service writer I've ever dealt with. I DO think the dealership could do a better job with the time it takes when you have an appointment.
