My appt. for my 5,000mile check was Wednesday, July 14th at 3:40. I was handed my keys and left at 7pm. I arrived on time and mentioned I had added air to RR tire twice in last week, was told they replac at 3:40. I was handed my keys and left at 7pm. My contact had left for the day and did not hand me off to another...no supervisor to answer my questions. I returned the following day and talked to Liz....my papers still have not arrived 2.5 weeks later! No follow up, total customer service disconnect!!! A negative review will reach 10 times more people!!!!! More
